The urge to earn more and establish themselves as competent has made people take up high levels of job-related load. This is resulting in an increase in job stress among people. Job stress not only makes a person weary, but it also affects the productivity of the person. This inevitably is bad both for the person and for the organization with which he is associated. Bullying is a significant issue, rampant mostly in schools. It often leads to low self-esteem or even depression in victims. This is, therefore, a matter of grave concern and must be dealt with.
